Order Processing Times

Please allow for 3-4 business days for your order to be processed. Please allow for additional days in transit for delivery. Orders will be processed and shipped during the weekdays only.  

Order Cancellation & Changes

To request an order cancellation, please contact us immediately via the contact form with your name and order number. Orders cannot be cancelled once an order has already shipped. 

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once an order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address with an order number.

You will also receive a tracking number once the order has shipped. Tracking numbers will take up to 24 hours to be updated. 

If you do not receive a confirmation or shipment notification, please double check your spam folder before contacting us through the contact form. 

Customs, Duties, International Taxes

Due to the small nature of this business, we are not responsible for any custom or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. 

Costs may vary from country to country. 

Incorrect Shipping Address

Shipping address may be changed if order has not been shipped yet. Please contact the business through the contact form immediately to request a change in address. Once shipped, we will not be able to make adjustments or change it. 

Lost Packages & Returns

We will not accept returns/exchanges unless there has been damage not related to shipment handling. If you had received a damaged package due to shipment handling or encountered a lost package in transit, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. 

If you receive a wrong item, please contact us through the contact form within 14 days of receiving the item(s).
